We are a creative wellness brand that offers private workshops, community workshops, and corporate wellbeing activations.

This project started with a personal experience, as often happens, when I began using arts and crafts as a way of managing my anxiety, and eventually, this led me to the community I now have.

As a therapist, I work with people daily whose lives are improved through the tools we learn to practice through our sessions. The more I do this work, the more I believe that we can and must make these concepts available to all. From this belief came the idea to create a community where we can cultivate individual and collective wellness.

My vision is to establish a creative, accessible space in Charlotte where community and culture meet through the power of arts and crafts while increasing accessibility to wellness education and care.
